FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF EQUINE ACTIVITIES.
I agree to participate in horseback riding activities (which may include - but may
not be limited to - ground work on horses, riding in an open area and barrel racing
instruction) as provided by Managing Partner Kendra Dickson. Normal precautions
will be taken in the interest of safety and well-being. It is understood, however,
that neither the owner of the horse(s), owner of the horse facilities, nor Kendra
Dickson or staff will be held liable for any accident, injury, or illness that might
occur. The opportunity for the participant to conduct himself/herself in such a
way that credit will be reflected upon the participant, the riding event sponsored
by Gold Buckle Barrel Horses, LLC., and the home which is represented. Correct dress
and behavior for this activity will be observed.
